Riviera Nayarit – El Siguiente Gran Destino

Vallarta & MLSVallarta Presentados en NY Times

En la sección de bienes raíces del New York Times esta semana hay un artículo sobre el mercado inmobiliario de Puerto Vallarta. Los agentes locales Brock Squire de Coldwell Banker La Costa Realty y Wayne Franklin de Tropicasa Realty fueron entrevistados para el artículo, junto con Charles Tibshirani de MexLaw. Se dice a Squire que “el 60% de los compradores extranjeros en la región proviene de Estados Unidos, y otro 30% de Canadá y el resto de Europa, particularmente Francia, Gran Bretaña, Italia y Alemania”.
