Coming from a background in mortgage banking I really did not think I would be in real estate because of my aversion to the pushy sales involved, so from day one I decided to be on the clients side as a partner. Whether a sale occurs right away, in five years or maybe in the future, the principle is to help clients find just what they are looking for.

With two school-age children and having navigated the culture and lifestyle of Puerto Vallarta since 1994, I have a vested interest in, and a true love for the city. By keeping the company small, I can continue to provide personalized service and have the flexibility to help clients in ways that a bigger firm could not.

Kelsey Magness, the owner Paradise Properties is originally from Seattle, Washington. Kelsey has spent 15 years in the mortgage banking industry in Seattle, and her experience there dynamically merges with her many years here in Puerto Vallarta has proven an invaluable asset to her clients. Kelsey is building an impressive portfolio of real estate properties of her own, ranging from her own private residence to several rental investment properties throughout the area. Kelsey knows the Puerto Vallarta real estate and vacation rental markets better than most and is committed to listening to her clients needs and making their dreams come true.
