“Thank you, Vallarta!  I’ve been the mascot for one of Vallarta’s most trusted real estate agencies for 10 years now. Sitting on this “T” is harder work than you think, and now that Tropicasa Realty is celebrating its 10th Anniversary, I have been asked to step up and work even harder! But before I can get out there, I asked for your help… I needed a name, and boy did you come through! Over 275 people from around the world submitted their ideas for my name… from Midas, to Vendi, Nester to T-Bird, there were so many great ideas, but my favorite above all of them was submitted by Jan Helgeson of Billings, Montana – Jalapeño! Now that I have a name, I can go spread the word that Tropicasa Realty’s tagline “Your Security Through Our Experience” is more than just a phrase, it represents who they truly are. For Jan’s hard work, she won a $1,000 USD shopping spree at LANS Department store. Enjoy Jan!  And all of Banderas Bay, get ready; you’ll be seeing a lot more of Jalapeño!”
