mngintegra has found that through the implementation of our System of Administration and Operating Procedures, based on high Quality Standards, that we can avoid the many and common pitfalls found by Condominium Administrations. Our goal is to provide personalized service through institutional management policies.

Our company’s culture and philosophy allow us to offer our clients the highest level of service quality, ultimately translated into the overall success of the development or quality of life for the individual condominium owner.

mngintegra was founded in 2007 by Alvaro Gutiérrez Mellán and Justin R. Gavin, when they identified that the developers, as well as the final clients of the condominium regime product, were looking for an Integral and Professional Solution for the Management of their Development.

Educated in Mexico, the United States of America and in Europe, where he obtain his degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. It is in the Hotel Industry where he acquired a great sense for service and worked for more than ten years. He changes the exercise of his profession to become a Real Estate Broker and Property Administrator. His experience in the Hotel and Restaurant Industry and finally in Real Estate, resulted in a very singular way of Condominium Administration and in the idea for the foundation of mngintegra.

La empresa mngintegra fue fundada por Álvaro Gutiérrez Mellán y Justin R. Gavin, cuando identificaron que tanto los desarrolladores, como los clientes finales del producto con régimen de condominio, buscaban una Solución Integral y Profesional para el manejo de su inmueble.

Álvaro Gutiérrez Mellán, Socio Fundador - Director de Operaciones
Educado en México, los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica y Europa, en donde obtuvo la Licenciatura en Administración y Gestión de Hoteles y Restaurantes, industria en la que adquirió un gran sentido por el servicio y trabajó por más de quince años, cambió el ejercicio de su profesión al de Broker Inmobiliario en donde practica la Administración de Inmuebles. Su experiencia en la Industria Hotelera, Restaurantera y finalmente como Inmobiliario, fueron la combinación ideal para ahora crear una muy singular forma de administrar, dando como resultado la idea de fundar mngintegra.
