VLPG produces four primary print publications. Vallarta Lifestyles (PVL) is a general interest, quarterly produced publication that has been servicing Vallarta since 1989. Half of the publication can be found in hotel rooms with the remainder sold on newsstands or distributed with clients. Costa Vallarta/Riviera Nayarit CV•RN) is a large size, glossy publication and focuses on home decoration, art and luxury real estate. It can be found in boutique hotels in the region, beach club, newsstands and in many home decoration shops and real estate offices. The Vallarta Real Estate Guide (REG) is a free newsprint publication that can be found throughout Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit at more than 100 distribution points. The Vallarta Lifestyles Map (MAP) is distributed by hotel concierges and bellboys and more than 50 other distribution points through Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit.

VLPG has three primary web publications. VirtualVallarta.com (VIVA) is a general interest website, similar to Vallarta Lifestyles in format, that offers more information on Puerto Vallarta than any other website. It has an extensive real estate section. MLSVallarta.com (MLS) is a website for Multi-List Vallarta; an MLS service for real estate offices to promote their re-sale properties. However, it also offer extensive information about the region and development properties. VallartaRealEstateGuide.com (REG) is a website for Multi-Dev Vallarta; an MLSservice for real estate developments to promote their new or pre-sale properties. It also includes MLV properties as well, information on primary real estate regions and the new developments situated in these regions.

Since 1988 VLPG has provided multiple listing service for real estate professionals in the Costa Vallarta region. Its has grown over the years to also include Riviera Nayarit and incorporate new development properties. It currently consists of two MLS services; Multi-List Vallarta (MLV) for re-sale properties with real estate offices and Multi-Dev Vallarta (MDV) for new or pre-sale properties with developers. Properties listed in the MLS are distributed in a print catalog (distributed monthly to real estate offices), and online through our three websites, which has excellent positioning on Google for primary keywords and phrases about Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit real estate.

MLV listings has been “pre-approved” checked over by member offices to ensure that they are “saleable” – think of them as premium listings. To see any of these properties or receive more information about this, contact the listing office or any MLV member agency. MDV listings are properties currently offered pre-sale or as new by developers. For these properties you can contact directly with the developer or with any MLV member agency (see our directory).

Multi-List Vallarta is available for real estate agents only.
