At the end of April the Latin American Luxury Real Estate Market Symposium was held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Mexico City. Distinguished figures and representatives of the leisure-oriended real estate industry gathered to share their success stories during individual presentations, discussion panel and workshops, such as:
• Investing in Mexico - key success factors in the luxury real estate market
• Luxury Markets - sales and marketing strategies
• Product Models - where to invest? (featured destination: Puerto Vallarta)
• Legal Aspects - what needs to be considered?
Speaking on behalf of the featured destination (Puerto Vallarta) was John Youden (Publisher of this publication). John began by introducing what the Vallarta real estate market looks like with Google Earth; dropping in from space to Banderas Bay and the touring the coastline as if in a helicopter. This was followed by a powerpoint presentation that described how Vallarta has evolved as a very successful real estate market. Puerto Vallarta was the only destination to be featured at the two-day event.
Benjamin Beja of MexicoAlive also attended and participated in the Luxury Markets - Sales & Marketing Strategies Session. Of the four speakers on the panel Benjamin certainly gave one the best presentations, showing why he has been so successful in real estate in Mexico.
