More than five hundred national and international real estate professionals will tour the Bay of Banderas on October 31st during the AMPI Annual Conference held this year in Puerto Vallarta, according to Tere Kimball, Broker for Prudential Vallarta and President of AMPI Riviera-Nayarit.
David Pullen, PV Realty General Director and President of AMPI Puerto Vallarta, said the tour is a “tremendous opportunity for making Vallarta much better known to leading real estate professionals, both in Mexico and in the US. This is undoubtedly the largest group of realtors ever to visit our area.” The agents will arrive by cruise ship. Ten realtors from the three local AMPI chapters are meeting every week to coordinate the logistics for this event. Analuisa Espinosa of Prudential Vallarta conducted the organizational meeting for the event at the AMPI Riviera-Nayarit meeting on July 26, held at Casa Cantera in Bucerias, and hosted by Robert Foster of Robert Foster y Asociados. Breakfast was served by Karen’s Place to the 40 realtors who attended.
