The Guadalajara architectural firm Elias Elias has unveiled plans to develop an exclusive gated community consisting of 10 custom-designed unique beachfront residences sitting on almost two hectares, situated on the base of a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
Each of the ten limited-edition estate homes’ architectural design integrates in its interiors the elements found in the surrounding natural environment creating unique natural environments in which architecture meets nature. The estate homes (two of which are already built) boast complete privacy as well as an exclusive private beach club located at the Southern end of the property where the private beach is located.
