The development is named Villa Encantada, and is located in the Costa Azul Resort area of San Pancho (San Francisco), Nayarit. The homes are nestled between the surrounding jungles and white sand beaches, and are situated on a terraced hillside to maximize views from each home and terrace. There is a private swimming pool among the tropical gardens, and each home has a sundeck and jacuzzi on the upper terrace.
